Among the many smart access methods to get to information quickly on the site, we provide sidebars for the most popular browsers used on different operating systems to access pages easily. Here you can find setup and uninstall information for the browsers supported.
Detecting your OS and browser
The script is trying to detect your operating system and browser version - please wait a second. If auto-detection fails, you might want to unhide all possible sidebar install options manually.
Mozilla, Firefox, Netscape 6+, Konqueror 3.2+
If you use Mozilla 0.9.4 or later, you can add our sidebar to your set. You can uninstall this sidebar using the "Customize Sidebar" dialog in Mozilla.
Internet Explorer 5 and above on Windows
If you use Internet Explorer 5 or above on Windows, you can add the Side Bar to your Links toolbar or you can add it to your favorites and clicking on it you can see our bar displayed in place of your usual search bar by right-clicking here and selecting "Add to favorites" from the context menu. This link does not install our bar as your default search bar, so no modification is made to your system.
Internet Explorer 7 on Windows XP/Vista
If you use Internet Explorer 7 on Windows, you can add a navigation pop-up to your Links toolbar or you can add it to your favorites and clicking on it you can see our bar displayed as a pop-up window by right-clicking here and selecting "Add to favorites" from the context menu. In previous versions of IE, it was possible to add an actual side bar, but in IE7 you cannot accomplish this without applying complicated registry hacks. It is recommended to use another browser if you want to use an actual sidebar.
Internet Explorer 5 and above on Mac OS
If you use Internet Explorer 5 or above on MacOS, open our sidebar page in a separate window. In that window, open the "Page Holder" tab on the left side of the window. Click "Add". If you want to keep it for future use, click on "Favorites" and select "Add to Page Holder Favorites".
