Canyon Photo Adventure near Cuesta de Piedra, Western Panama in January 2008. The excellent guide and person who lowered me 20 meters or more into the canyon from above was Manolo from Green Mountain Tours, http://gmavolcan.tripod.com. These pictures were taken in a narrow, deep canyon with a river filling the bottom. We waded and swam to exit.
